We were called in to look at the washrooms due to an unfortunate previous experience which left the client with faulty systems after poor servicing at hefty prices.

The brief was to carry the same theme as had been used in the previously refurbished areas, including replacing the external doors in order to create the same feel. All products had already been specified, so that all tenderers were providing ‘like for like’ quotes.

We came out middle of the road in costings but were chosen to complete the work because of the clear and detailed explanation of all that was to be carried out, including our innovative and fresh methods of completing the existing plans.
