Cheam Common Junior School – Washroom Refurbishment
Cheam Common Junior School in Surrey was in desperate need of a full refurbishment of their washrooms.
After putting up with previously installed cheap and flimsy washroom products they wanted to start again and improve the quality and aesthetics of the Washrooms. As well as a slight change around of the urinals, switching to cubicles only in all areas.
The project included full strip out of the 23m2 area so that we could get back to basics and start on building the new project. Vinyl safety flooring, new sanitaryware, solid grade laminate WC and basin ducting were all installed as well as out solid grade laminate Velocity cubicles and other accessories such as hand dryers and dispensers.
The selection of colour chosen by the client created a pristine environment that not only made their cleaning maintenance a dream but also gave the pupils and staff confidence about using the facilities.
Although the project was completed within the busy summer holiday period, Interfix carried out a seamless operation over four weeks and ensured that everything was in perfect working order for the new school year.
It’s user-friendly design and tough durability will ensure this washroom lasts a long time and in excellent working order.
