Washrooms at Waterfront Studios
Waterfront Studios is a business centre covering 114,000 square feet of office, light industrial, and storage space.
Interfix were approached to help with the upgrading of the reception area toilets. The requirement was to raise the overall standards of the washrooms in order to match the look and feel of the refurbished front end of the business centre.
Due to a relatively high volume of clients and visitors using ther facilities, the new washrooms had to give a distinctive feel whilst remaining robust and cost effective.
Energy and water saving systems, along with new private cubicles, were the key points of the clients requirements. We successfully met the criteria, and the client was thrilled with the overall finish.
