Scope of works

Interfix provided a complete washroom refurbishment incorporating modern, durable, and stylish elements tailored for a luxury entertainment and leisure venue:

• Installation of full height cubicles for privacy and durability
• WC ducting systems for streamlined maintenance and aesthetics
• Back to wall WC pans for a sleek, easy-to-clean finish
• Corian wash troughs with integral bin chutes, combining hygiene and convenience
• Floating backlit mirrors with integral hand dryers discreetly positioned behind
• Sensor taps and sensor WC flushing to promote hygiene and reduce water consumption
• New ceilings and PIR-controlled lighting to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Light grey wall cladding to complement the venue’s sophisticated design
• Ventilation adjustments to improve air quality and comfort

Challenges & solutions

Drainage issues were identified early during client meetings. Interfix addressed these promptly by installing new soil pipework and diverting existing drainage to resolve longstanding problems, ensuring a fully functional and compliant system.
