Our Process
Order confirmation
Following site visits, discussions around spec and agreement on price once the client gives the go-ahead we will send in our simple order confirmation document to be signed.
Final site survey & agreement of finishes
following receipt of the signed order confirmation document, an additional site survey is arranged with the Interfix project manager and sales rep to go through all the details relating to the spec, take final measurements on site and agree colours and finishes of all the surfaces included.
Procurement and project planning
Now that we have our clients colour preferences for the finishes, this will enable us to get to work on ordering the materials for the project and building a project timeline for our team to work to.
Project Start
Now that materials are on order and the project timeline has been set our team get to work on stripping out the old washroom and the project has officially started.
Project delivery / site meetings
Once the project has commenced, the Interfix Project manager will make regular site visits to check on progress and meet with the client to update on progress and discuss any concerns.
Practical completion
At the point of practical completion our on site team will have completed the project to the agreed specification and will leave the site tidy and clean ready for handover.
Project handover
A further site visit is arranged between Interfix PM and the client to carry out a walk around site and sign off the project.
Issue O&Ms
An O&M manual is created to collate all the information relating to materials used, finishes and any warranty information.
