The Clarendon Centre, situated in the hub of vibrant Brighton, an excellent choice of venue for both corporate and private events with views overlooking the city. However, the existing outdated washrooms didn’t live up to the rest of the building’s standards. They were tired, difficult to clean and maintain, and in some cases not functioning properly ending in costly repairs and appliances not working.

Interfix were awarded the project and supplied and installed solid grade laminate cubicles from our velocity range, WC ducts, solid surface washtroughs, hygienic wall cladding, safety non-slip flooring and new suspended ceilings with LED energy efficient lighting.

The project was specified with the highest grade of materials (such as solid surface and solid grade laminates) which will outlast standard laminates and provide easy cleaning properties.

Despite the project being delivered in an occupied building, and waste removal being a challenge due to the proximity of residential neighbours, Interfix communicated closely with the client on the programme and finished to a high standard.
