Interfix were chosen by Paydens Pharmacy to deliver a full washroom refurbishment which included a fresh design and a complete fit-out for their run-down washroom facilities.

Washroom facilities at Paydens Pharmacy in Maidstone were deemed “very old and out of date” and they were simply not up to the standards that employees would expect from them.

With over 30 years’ experience in washroom design and refurbishment, Interfix was more than up to the challenge.

Following a full strip out of existing facilities, Interfix began the refurbishment which covered an area of 54m2.

Work carried out included the installation of Hygienic Wall Cladding, Vinyl Safety Flooring, Suspended Ceiling and LED lighting, Extract System. Velocity Cubicles, WC Ducting, Vanity Units with Recessed basins, Sanitaryware, Mirrors and Dispensers.

Interfix were able to complete the full washroom refurbishment to the clients’ complete satisfaction despite the building being occupied and work was split into 2 phases across 8 weeks to avoid disruption as much as possible.
