Baring Primary School – Washroom Refurbishment
Baring Primary School, in Lewisham, contacted Interfix to assist them with a washroom refurbishment project. The school had a very old and out of date washroom which they also used as a laundry room. Their plan was to re-design the area and use the space more efficiently to fit in more toilets and remove the laundry.
The project included complete strip out and demolition of a wall to facilitate the new layout, followed by re-configuration of the plumbing, waste and electrical layout. There was also some asbestos that had to be removed. With new vinyl flooring, decoration of walls and ceiling, new sanitaryware, hand dryers and cubicles the area was transformed from its previous state!
Not only did it improve the aesthetics but also doubled their toilet facility thanks so Interfix’s careful design and planning.
Due to the up-coming price increases the client wanted to place the order early to avoid these, so we ordered in all the materials for the project and the refurbishment was completed over the Easter break around 5 months later.
Thanks Baring Primary School, we enjoyed working with you and trust you enjoy your new washroom!

“Very professional and reliable. Project was challenging due to the small and awkward space that was being remodeled. Kept up to date and informed at all times on progress of the job. They did not got go over their stipulated completion date.
Would highly recommend Interfix. The works we had done were to a high standard.”
